摘要
以过氧化二苯甲酰 (BPO)为引发剂 ,苯为溶剂 ,进行了聚乙烯蜡 (PEW)和醋酸乙烯酯 (VA)的溶液接枝聚合。实验考察了反应温度、反应时间及 BPO和 VA用量对接枝率、转化率和接枝效率的影响 ,得到了接枝率 0~ 19.8%的接枝物。粘度和凝点实验结果表明 ,接枝物在良溶剂甲苯 (TOL)中的特性粘数[η]随接枝率的增大而升高 ;接枝物的接枝率为 13%~ 17%时对模拟油 (4 %大庆石蜡 /甲苯和 4 %大庆石蜡 /正己烷 )的降凝效果最好。
The grafting of vinyl acelate(VA) onto low molecular weight polyethylene(PEW) was studied in benzene with benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as initiator. The effects of the reaction temperature, time, the amount of BPO and VA on the grafting ratio, the conversion and the grafting efficiency were investigated. The PEW-g-VA grafting copolymers with grafting ratio of 0~ 19.8% were attained. The intrinsic viscosity of PEW-g-VA in toluene increased with the increasing of grafting ratio and the pour point depression of 4% waxy solutions of toulene or hexane doped with PEW-g-VA depended on the grafting ratio and reached the best effect when the grafting ratio was in 13% ~ 17% .
