摘要
过量的甲苯二异氰酸酯 (TDI)加入氨乙基氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷 (AEAPS)、端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)中制成预聚体 ,以 3,3′-二氯 - 4,4′二苯基甲烷二胺 (MOCA)为固化剂 ,合成了一系列不同含量的硅氧烷改性聚丁二烯聚氨酯脲。通过接触角、表面光电子能谱 (ESCA)测试 ,应力应变、动态力学热分析 ,结果表明 ,氨基硅油在聚氨酯脲表面明显富集 ,聚丁二烯聚氨酯脲的力学性能改变不大。
A series of polyurethane-ureas with different siloxane content were synthesized, which were based on toluene-2,4 diisocyanate (TDI), hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB), aminoethylaminopropyl poly(dimethyl siloxane) (AEAPS) and the curing agent, MOCA. The physical, bulk and surface properties were investigated using surface contact angle, electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA), stress-strain analysis and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA). It is shown that siloxane concentration on the surface region of the elastomers is higher than that in the bulk for the result of surface enrichment of the siloxane, and the tensile properties of these elastomers are not changed significantly with the AEAPS modification.
