摘要
研究了聚丙烯酸 /聚砜交联复合膜对有机醇、胺、醛、酸水溶液的反渗透分离规律 ,对于有机醇水溶液 ,还应用 Spiegler- Kedem膜输送方程对实验数据进行了解析 ,得到了反射系数σ,溶剂水渗透系数 Lp和溶质渗透系数ω等膜参数。
The reverse osmosis (RO) separation properties of PAA (polyacrylic acid)/PSF(polysulfone) composite membranes for aqueous organics solutions, such as alcohols, amines, aldehydes and acids, have been studied. It is found that the separation results for aliphatic alcohols, amines and aldehydes are satisfactoty. The solute rejections increase with the increase of the molecular weights of alcohols, amines and aldehydes. The order of solute rejections for alcohols and amines with different structures was tert->sec->iso->n-. While for alphatic acids, the separation results are unsatisfactory and the solute rejection for n-butyl acid is only 45.6% . An analysis of experimental data with Spiegler-Kedem′s transport model has been carried out and the membrane contants such as refection coefficient σ, solute and hydaulic permeabilities ω and L p for several alcohol solutes have been obtained.
