摘要
研究了 PTC陶瓷粉末掺杂高分子 PTC材料的电性能 ,发现掺杂后复合材料的室温体积电阻率降低、PTC强度增加。这为解决高分子 PTC材料中室温体积电阻率高与 PTC强度低的矛盾提供了一条新的途径。同时发现绝缘高介陶瓷粉末对高分子 PTC材料也有改善作用。另外 ,辐照交联可以很好地增加材料的 PTC强度和降低 NTC强度。对实验现象从理论上进行了定性分析。
The electrical properties of polymeric PTC material filled by PTC ceramics powders were researched, it is found that its′ room-temperature bulk resistivity decreasing and the PTC intensity increasing. A new method was offered for solving the contradictory of high room temperature bulk resistivity and low PTC intensity of polymeric PTC material by this. At the same time it is found that the properties of polymeric PTC material can be improved by adding insulating and high dielectric constant ceramics powders. Moreover, the PTC intensity was enhanced and the NTC intensity decreased by radiation crossing. These were qualitative analyzed in theory.
