介绍了一种快速廉价直接用于PCR的花生种子未成熟叶片预处理技术 ,其结果稳定可靠 ,利用该技术已成功地克隆了RS和DES两个基因片段。该项技术在花生分子标记。
This paper describes a simple, low cost and reliable pretreatment procedure for direct PCR using immature leaves from peanut seeds. Fragments of two genes, viz. RS and DES, have been cloned by exploiting this procedure. The technique may find wide utility in studies involving amplification-based molecular makers, rapid screening for transformants and gene cloning.
