摘要
姬松茸的胞外CMC酶、FP酶、βGase、HC酶、淀粉酶和果胶酶的最适反应pH和最适反应温度分别是 4 6和 5 5℃ ,5 2和 45℃ ,5 2和 5 0℃ ,4 6和 5 0℃ ,5 8和 40℃ ,4 0和 5 0℃。菌丝最适生长pH下的相对酶活力系数远远小于酶最适反应pH下的相对酶活力系数 ;
The optimal pH and optimal temperature for enzyme action of extracellular CMCase (carboxymenthel cellulase),FPase(filter paper cellulase),β Gase (β-glucosidase),HCase (hemicellulase),amylase and pectase from Agaricus blazei Murvill were 4 6 and 55℃,5 2 and 45℃,5 2 and 50℃,4 6 and 50℃,5 8 and 40℃,4 0 and 50℃ respectively.Relative activity coefficient at optimal pH for mycelial growth was much lower than that at optimal pH for enzyme action;relative activity coefficient at optimal temperature for mycelial growth was much lower than that at optimal temperature for enzyme action.
