摘要 采用聚焦激光镜和宽带激光镜对 4 0Cr钢进行表面强化处理 ,用扫描电镜对其断面组织进行了分析 ,并用显微硬度计测量了硬化区显微硬度 ,分析激光各参数对 4 0Cr钢组织变化及显微硬度的影响 . The Study investigates transformation in surface hardening zone of 40Cr steel with CO 2 laser. The microstructures and phase compositions and surface of hardening zone were investigated with S 360 scanning electron microscope. Microhardness of laser hardening zone were measured with CHX-1 microhardness tester. The result revealed that parameters such as power and velocity had a great influence on transformation.
