摘要 对IC工厂洁净厂房空气循环系统的主要三种形式的特点进行分析对比并对其进展进行介绍。 The ariticle features and analyzes the three predominate approaches of recirculation air moving system in IC cleanroom and introduces their recent dvelopment as well.
