摘要
结合我国首幢上海园南配筋砌体高层住宅,首先简介了同济大学、湖南大学和哈尔滨建筑大学等专家及研究人员所做的实验和计算分析情况。然后结合所承担的砌体结构抗震分析软件开发任务,指出了现有研究成果中所需解决的几个问题。经过分析论证,提出了利用已有实验资料,用层等效剪切型模型来解决的方案,并编制了相应的计算软件,作为算例,对18层配筋砌体住宅进行了弹塑性时程分析,给出了可供参考的一些初步结论。
Reinforced masonry has been used in recent years as a new kind of material for high-rise buildings,which was first built in Yuannan,Shanghai.The experiments,calculations and anal-ysis made by the experts and researchers of Tongji University?Hunan University and Harbin Uni-versity of Civil Engineering and Architecture indicated that some problems must be solved through research es and seismic analysis software of masonry structures must be developed,and therefore,floor equivalent shear models are used to settle the problems and computational software is designed to analyse the non-linear step-by-step integral response,and the reinforced masonry used in the18-floor building.
