摘要
水危机已是中国乃至全人类面临的重大环境问题。在分析和总结中国水资源状况和近年来出现水危机多种现象的基础上 ,对中国产生水危机的根源及对策进行了探讨。
Water crisis has been vital environment issue that China even the whole world faces. Based on analysis and summary of China water resources and manifold phenomena of water crisis, the root causes and countermeasures are discussed.
