摘要
青岛近代建筑主要受德国建筑的影响，但是在德国人建立青岛建筑原型的同时，建筑形式的变异也随之产生了，德据之后青岛近代建筑的发展多是这种原型变异的延续。该文着重从建筑细部、建筑形体等方面分析这种外来建筑文化原型在德据时期，日据时期、民国时期及今天的情况。
Tsingdao's modern architecture was influenced by German architectural culture. When German established the prototype of Tsingdao's modern architecture, the variation had taken place. After German-occupied period. Tsingdao's architecture continued this variation. The paper stressly analyses the variations during German- occupied period, Japan- occupied period, the Republic of China period and today through the analysis of architectural details, architectural forms and others.
