概括性地叙述了数字流域技术在流域水环境综合管理中的应用前景 ;介绍了数字流域技术在水环境监测。
In this paper, the application prospect of digital valley systems in river basin water environment comprehensive management is narrated. The digital valley systems technology is a comprehensive management method under the sustained development idea, which includes environment, resource, ecology, geography and so on. Combining the thought of strategic environmental assessment and system dynamic, the applications in water environment supervisory observation, water environment impact assessment, and river basin cascade exploitation are recounted.
