摘要
根据大中型水利枢纽的特点 ,结合大中型水利枢纽运行可能具有的财务运营能力和偿债能力 ,提出了大中型水利枢纽资本金的计算方法 ,并给出研究实例 。
According to the characteristics of the large middle size water control project,combined with the possible capability of opereating and repaying debt, a calculating method is developed to deal with investing capital fund in this paper.Besides, the computation result for a case is given.It can provide the scientific basis for the investing decision of the large middle size water control project.
