摘要
根据砷化镓半导体的光吸收特性 ,设计了一种新型的发电转子温度测量系统 .利用模拟装置 ,在实时、动态、非接触的情况下 ,实现了发电机转子温度检测 。
A new kind of generator rotor temperature measuring system is designed based on optical absorption behavior of GaAs semiconductor. With the designed temperature measuring system, under real_time, dynamic and contactless conditions, measurement of generator rotor temperature is carried out successfully.
