摘要
采用基于相对收缩体积的焊接变形理论计算方法 ,对伸缩缝梁的中梁和边梁结构的焊接变形分别进行了预测、分析 ,并对实梁的焊接变形量进行了测试 .计算和实测结果表明 ,中梁的焊接变形主要为挠曲变形 ,而边梁的焊接变形为挠曲变形和旁弯 ,理论计算与实测焊接变形值基本一致 ,为伸缩缝梁的焊接工艺装置的设计。
The welding distortions of the main beam and side beam of expansion and contraction beam are predicted and analysed based on the welding distortion calculation method of relative shrinkage volume. And welding distortion values of experimental beams are measured. The calculation and measurement results show that the welding distortions of main beam are longitudinal shrinkage and deflection; and the welding distortions of side beam are longitudinal shrinkage, deflection and side deflection. Theoretical calculation results of welding distortions of two beams are basically compatible with the measurement results. Therefore, the researching works provide a necessary basis for the design and manufacture of welding process equipment system of expansion and contraction beam.
