摘要
绩效评价是知识管理的重要环节,本文通过对知识管理目标体系的分析和相关指标体系的设计,运用AHP法和模糊数学方法,建立了一个知识管理的绩效评价模型。
Performance appraisal is an important content and instrument in Knowledge Management. The paper analyzes and designs the objectives system and the index system of Knowledge Management. By applying the AHP method and the fuzzy theory, the paper establishes a performance appraisal model of Knowledge Management.
