Residual Claim of Entrepreneurs in Property-rights Reform of Chinese State-owned Enterprises

本文以人力资本理论为基础，结合中国国有企业中企业家人力资本的现状，提出了国有企业产权改革中企业家人力资本定价指标体系和内在价值的组成，为中国企业家的价值实现探索道路。

On the basis of the theory of human capital and the present status of Chinese Entrepreneurs, this paper puts forward the pricing indicators and essential value of human capital in property rights reform of Chinese state-owned enterprises to explore the way of realizing the value of Chinese entrepreneurs.
