Study on Capture Performance of Drops Collector with Orthogonal Experiment Method

将正交实验法用于湿式烟气脱硫装置离心式除水器脱水性能实验中,通过对实验数据的方差分析,确定了除水器各结构参 数对脱水性能影响的显著水平及最佳结构参数,实现了除水器的优化设计。

The orthogonal experiment method was employed to carry out experimental study on capture performance of drops collector installed in the wet flue gas desulfurization apparatus. Through variance data analysis, it was determined that whether effect of individual structure dimension on the drops capture performance is notable or not, the optimal group of structure dimensions of the collector was found out at the same time.
