国际界河由于其独特的地缘关系及与国家间政治、经济和外交上的密切联系而备受重视。本文从中俄界河黑龙江水资源的开发利用、水环境现状及两国经济发展的实际出发 。
Owing to the special geographical location、political、economic and diplomatic position,the international boundary river is paid enough attention.Based on the existing situation of development and construction of Amur river,it puts forward the countermeasures of sustainable development.
