In this paper, the process and principle of electroless plating and the constitutes of spent electroless plating baths are introduced briefly. Existing methods home and abroad for treating spent electroless nickel plating baths are presented in detail. The precipitation, electrolysis, ion exchange and electrodialysis are emphatically discussed.
