摘要
针对大连市沿海经济发展与环境保护之间存在的问题与矛盾 ,定量分析了经济与环境之间的协调程度 ,提出了调整优化产业结构 ,合理进行工业布局 ,加强对现有企业的技术革新和改造 ,积极推广清洁生产和绿色产业 ,促进经济与环境的协调发展。
In order to solve the problems of the economic development and environment protection in the area along the coast of Dalian.In the paper, the author quatitatively analyzed the conception of coordnation between economy development and environment protection, and put forward some suggestions, to promote coordinated growth between economy development and environment protection on industrial structure adjustment and optimum, reasonal industry distribution, enterpriset technology innovation, clean industry, as well as green industry.
