摘要
通过实地调查分析河南省长江流域农业生态环境与资源利用现状问题及变化成因趋势 ,提出了农业生态环境建设与资源可持续开发利用的指导思想、原则、目标、总体方案、重点项目及政策建议等。
The paper analyzed about actuality problems cause of formation and in current through investigation of agricultural ecological environmoent and resources along the ChangJiang river area in Henan province. It brings forward about directive idea,fundamental,goal, total plan and emphasis item,policy and suggestion of agricultural zoology building and resources sustainable development along the Changjiang area in Henan province.
