摘要
采用厌氧 -好氧工艺 ,结合微生物菌剂对酿酒废水进行了处理研究。进水CODCr浓度可达到 8,45 6 3-2 2 ,442 0mg/L ,BOD55 ,0 40 0 -9,5 5 7 1mg/L ,pH3-4 ,可不调 pH ,采用微生物菌剂接种可立即启动厌氧反应器 ,COD有机负荷最高达到 10 2 gCOD/Ld ,COD去除率稳定在 91-95 %,BOD去除率 90 -94%,出水pH6 6 -7 1,出水CODCr在 2 ,0 0 0mg/L以下 ,BOD580 0mg/L以下。厌氧污泥可全部颗粒化。好氧处理系统中接种微生物菌剂 ,曝气 10 -12小时。可保证出水中CODCr在 2 30mg/L以下 ,甚至直接达到国家一级排放标准。微生物菌剂的应用是取得该处理效果的关键。
Brewery wastewater from Sichuan Quanxing Brewery was treated by anaerobic-aerobic technique combined with effective microbes.The COD Cr of influent was 8,456.3-22,442.0 mg/L,BOD 5 was 5,040.0 - 9,557.1 mg/L,pH was 3-4 and which needs no adjustment.The anaerobic reactor can be run up immediately seeded by microbes products.The organic loading was 10.2 g COD/Ld,while the COD removal rate was 91-95%.The BOD removal rate was 91-94% and the pH of effluent was 6.6-7.1.The COD Cr of effluent was below to 2,000 mg/L,BOD 5 was below to 800 mg/L.The anerobic sludge in the reactor was granulated completely.Microbes also seeded in the aerobic system.After 10-12h,the COD Cr of effluent was lower than 230 mg/L,or can even meet the national discharge standards.Microbes technique is the key of this process.
