摘要
对GWPB3 -1999《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》结构特点进行探讨。将GWPB3 -1999与GBI3 2 71-91进行比较。对GWPB3 -1999中燃轻柴油炉排放污染物的项目增减提出建议 。
