摘要
资源环境数据仓库是面向资源环境的、综合的、不同时间的、稳定的数据集合 ,将分散在全国各个部门、不同平台的资源环境数据 ,经过抽取、转化、集成 ,建成中国资源环境数据仓库 ,为我国资源环境的决策提供有力的技术支持。资源环境数据仓库中可以设置若干个决策目标主题 ,根据不同的决策目标选择相应的数据集成。设计资源环境数据仓库要理解资源环境的内在联系和变化规律 ,才是动态的、面向过程的 ,使源数据得到增值和统一 ,并致力于知识的发现。资源环境数据仓库的实施平台必须是一个开放式的系统 ,能支持多种平台和多种数据库 ,要有基于Internet的决策支持工具和GIS应用工具 。
Resources and environment data warehouse is a data collection that is resources and environment oriented, comprehensive, at different times and stable. By defining, transforming and integrating, data of resources and environment in different departments throughout the country and obtained from different platforms can be built as China's resources and environment data warehouse to provide powerful technical support for resources and environment decision making. Inside the data warehouse, a number of subjects of decision goals can be set up and corresponding data integration is chosen according to different decision goals. To design resources and environment data warehouse, the inner relationship and changing regulation of resources and environment must be well understood. It is thus dynamic and procedure oriented, facilitating source data value added and unified as well as knowledge discovered. Working platform of resources and environment data warehouse must be an open system that can support various platforms and databases along with Internet-based decision making supporting tools and GIS application tools to meet needs of different users.
