中华硬蜱叮咬唾液腺抗原免疫接种宿主后中肠组织化学的动态观察 被引量:1

Dynamic Observation of Histochemical Changes in the Midgut of Ixodes Sinensis Following Attachment to Immunized Hosts

摘要 对中华硬蜱叮咬唾液腺抗原免疫接种组和佐剂对照组宿主后中肠蛋白质、糖原和多糖以及DNA的动态变化进行了观察。结果表明:中华硬蜱叮咬唾液腺抗原免疫接种宿主后,中肠上皮细胞蛋白质含量较对照组明量降低。多糖组织化学显示,蜱中肠上皮发生破损,基膜可出现松散和断裂现象,但糖原及多糖含量与对照组相比无显著性变化。DNA含量也较对照组明显下降(P<0.01)、结果提示:抗蜱免疫作用可干扰蜱中肠上皮细胞蛋白质和核酸的代谢,而对糖代谢无明显影响。 The dynamic changes in glycogen,protein and polysaccharides of midgut epithelial cellsof ticks after infesting on hosts immunized by salivary antigen (SGA) and by adjuvents ascontrol were observed,and the content of DNA in the digestive cell was determined. The results showed that the contents of protein and DNA in digestive cells of ticks infesting onhosts immunized by SGA were obviously lower than those on the control group. Histochemistry of polysaccharides showed damage of epithelial cells with loosened and fragmented basement membrane, but the content of glycogen and polysaccharides showed no significantchange as compared with the controls. DNA content of digestive cells was significantly lowerthan that of the control group (P<0.01). It is suggested that immunization against Ixodessinensis might interfere with the metabolism of protein and DNA in the digestive cell of itsmidgut,but without evident effect on polysaccharide metabolism.
