The Value of Ultrasgnic Diagnosis in Ectopic Pregnancy

总结了经手术证实的50例宫外孕声像图特征，分析了误诊的原因。提出：因宫外孕部位不同，病理过程不一，声像图极易与多种病混淆。故宫外孕的超声诊断需结合病史，血HCG测定等综合判断，以免误诊。

The ultrasonographic features of 50 cases of ectopic pregnancy proved by operation werestudied and the causes of misdiagnosis analyzed. The results indicated that sonagraphy of ectopic pregnancy was easily confused with that of other diseases because of different sites andpathologic processes of ectopic pregnancy. It is necessary to combine sonagraphy with casehistory blood HCG etc. in order to avoid misdiagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
