局部应用新洁尔灭治疗新生儿皮下坏疽的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Local Application of Bromogeramine in the Treatment of Neonatal Subcutaneous Gangrene

报告应用1：2000新洁尔灭外洗、湿敷处理47例新生儿皮下坏疽患儿局部创口的情况，同时对95例常规治疗新生儿皮下坏疽患儿作回顾性调查，将二者疗效进行比较。结论是：局部应用新洁尔灭能明显加快新生儿皮下坏疽的临床治愈时间（P＜0．01），尤其适用于坏疽面积较大的患儿（P＜0．005），且该方法简便易行，效果可靠。

The therapeutic effect of local opplication of 0.5% bromogeramine for local cleaning and wet compress on 47 neonates with subcutaneous ganrene was compared with that from retrospective investigation of 95 similar neonates treated routinely.It is concluded that,local application of bromogeramine can significantly hasten clinical cure(P<0.005).This method is simple and easy,with reliable effects.
