摘要
应用抗卵巢癌人源性单克隆抗体（ＭｃＡｂ）ＡＴ４对人卵巢肿瘤进行免疫组织化学分析，以观察ＡＴ４识别的肿瘤相关抗原在人卵巢癌组织中表达的发生率和意义。所用材料为福尔马林固定和石蜡包埋的活检标本。切片经过氧化物酶抗过氧化物酶（ＰＡＰ）染色。结果发现：原发性卵巢癌的ＭｃＡｂＡＴ４免疫组织化学染色的阳性率为５／６，转移性卵巢癌为３／６，良性卵巢肿瘤为３／２１。本研究结果表明。
In this article,a human monoclonal antibody AT 4 to ovarian carcinoma was used for immunohistochemical analysis of human ovarian tumor to investigate the incidence and significance of the expression of the tumor associated antigen recognized by McAb AT 4 in human ovarian cancer tissues. Peroxidase antiperoxidase(PAP) staining was performed on formalin fixed,paraffin embedded biopsy specimens.It was reported that positive staining with McAb AT 4 was detected in 5 of the 6 primary ovarian carcinomas, 3 of 6 metastatic ovarian cancers,and 3 of 21 benign ovarian tumors.It is indicated that the tumor associated antigen CAT 4 is an immunochemical marker of human ovarian carcinoma.
