摘要
ＨＢｓＡｇ（＋）人血清先经福尔马林热灭活，５０％饱和硫酸铵沉淀，１％ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００处理。再通过免疫亲和层析纯化ＨＢｓＡｇ。应用上述方法从１０００ｍｌＨＢｓＡｇ（＋）人血清中获得５５．６ｍｇ聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（ＰＡＧＥ）纯的ＨＢｓＡｇ，其比活性（滴度／ｍｇ蛋白·ｍｌ－１）为１０２４０。
HBsAg was purified by immunoaffinity chromatography from HBsAg(+) human Serum after heat inactivated in 0.2% farmal formalin,ammonium sulfate precipitation and treatment with 1% Triton X 100. 55.6 mg PAGE purified HBsAg with specific activity (titer/mg protein/ml) is 10 240 was obtain of from 1 000 ml HBsAg(+) human serum by this method.
