摘要 为了解大鼠急性肝损伤后肝组织铜锌变化,本实验用CCl4诱发大鼠急性肝损伤,并测定损伤组和对照组肝组织铜锌含量,结果表明,损伤组肝组织锌含量明显高于对照组(P<0.002),铜变化不明显(P>0.50);铜/锌值损伤组明显降低(P<0.01)。提示肝损伤组肝组织锌增高可能系血锌应激性转移所致,对损伤后肝组织修复。 To study the changes in zinc and copper in acutely damaged liver tissue of rats,models of acute liver damage in rats were induced by CCl 4 and the contents of zinc and copper in liver tissue were compared between the damaged group and control group.The results showed the zinc content of the damage group is obviously higher than that of the control group,but there was no differencein in copper content.The Cu/Zn ratio was much lowered.These suggest that the increase of zinc in the damaged group might be caused by stressed transfer of the blood zinc and might play important roles in the repair and regeneration of the damaged liver tissue.
