重度食管胃吻合狭窄的再手术治疗(附6例报告)

Surgical Recanalization of Severe Stenosis of Esophagogastrostomotic stoma (A Report of 6 Cases)

报告６例重度食管胃吻合口狭窄经反复扩张无效病人的再手术治疗。手术方式采用狭窄部切除重新食管胃吻合４例；单纯食管胃吻合（转流术）２例。本组６例均获满意疗效。该手术关键在于分离局部粘连、游离狭窄的吻合口。手术指征的掌握。

Six patients with severe stenosis of esophagogastrostomotic stoma and failed to respond to repeated dilatation were subjected to surgical recanalization.The patterns of the operation consisted of resection of the stenofic part and made a new esophagogastrostomy in 4 patients and simple esophagogastrostomy in 2 patients. All the six patients got satisfactory recovery. The key of this operation is to isolate the local adhesion and free the stenotic stoma. The mastery of surgical indications and supporting treatment before and post operation are very important as well.
