动脉粥样硬化大鼠弓状核L-脑啡肽免疫反应阳性细胞的变化 被引量:1

摘要 使用免疫细胞化学过氧化物酶抗过氧化物酶复合体(PAP)法和计算机图象分析技术,对动脉粥样硬化大鼠下丘脑弓状核L-脑啡肽免疫反应(L-ENK-ir)阳性细胞的变化进行了半定量研究。结果发现:动脉粥样硬化大鼠下丘脑弓状核L-ENK-ir阳性细胞数目增加,在单位剖面弓状核内阳性细胞,实验组和对照组分别为40.5±8.3和31.0±9.2个。计算机图象分析阳性细胞的积分光密度(IOD),实验组和对照组分别为0.1314±0.067和0.1106±0.037,经统计学处理,两组之间阳性细胞数和IOD都具有显著差异(P<0.05)。该研究从形态学角度提示:弓状核L-ENK-ir阳性神经元对动脉粥样硬化的形成及调控过程可能有一定影响。 In order to study the relationship of peptidergic neurons in arcuate nucleus to atherosclerosis,the changes in Leu enkephalin immunoreactive(L ENK ir) cells of the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus in rats with atherosclerosis was studied semiquantitativly by immunocytochemical PAP method and image analysis of the computer.The morphology,distribution and number of L ENK ir cells were observed under light microscope.The results showed that the number of L ENK ir cells in the experimental group was significantly larger than that in the control group.The average of the integral optical density(IOD) was 0 1314+0 067 in the experimental group and 0 1106+0 037 in the control group.From morphological point of view,it is suggested that the L ENK ir neurons in the arcuate nucleus might have influence on the development and/or control of atherosclerosis.
