摘要
采用ＡＢＣ酶标法，观察了菜豆凝集素（ＰＨＡ）在胃癌组织中的受体表达和分布，探讨胃癌的组织发生与凝集素受体表达的关系以及凝集素对胃癌的诊断价值。结果表明：胃癌组织中ＰＨＡ受体的阳性率为８６．５％，明显高于胃良性疾病组（６１．２％），和正常胃粘膜（０），ＰＨＡ受体的分布与胃癌的病理分型和分化有关。提示ＰＨＡ是一种有价值的胃癌标记物，对ＰＨＡ受体过表达的患者进行胃镜病理随访，将有助于提高早期胃癌的检出率。
The expression and distribution of the receptors of phaseolus vulgaris agglutinin (PHA) in gastrc cancer were stadied by avidin-biotin peroxidase (ABC) technique to explore the relation between the histogenesis of gastric carcinoma and expression of PHA receptors and to evaluate the significance of leetins in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer.The results showed that the positive rate of PHA receptors (86 5%) in cancer tissue was higher than that in normal gastric mucsa (0) and tissues of benign gastric diseases (61 2%);the distribution of PHA receptous correlates with the degree of pathological typing and differentiation of gastuie cancer.It is suggested that PHA is a valuable marker of gastuic cancer.Follow up pathological survey of patients with expression of PHA receptors gastroscopically would be helpful to raise the diagnostic rate of early gastric cancer.
