三种消毒剂二种外科洗手法的观察

An Observation on Three Disinfectants and

用诗乐氏Ａ型、碘伏、酒精三种消毒剂进行术前洗手消毒，比较其消毒效果。诗乐氏组采用药物揉擦法，碘伏、酒精组采用传统刷手泡手法。结果显示诗乐氏首次揉搓比碘伏、酒精组用肥皂机械刷手三遍去菌效果好（Ｐ＜０．０５）；诗乐氏组洗手消毒效果与碘伏、酒精浸泡二组比较效果相当或略高。诗乐氏液揉搓消毒法操作时间短（５ｍｉｎ）、经济（０．２２元／人·次－１）、方便（直接取用，不担心挥发和重复使用失效），适用于外科等术前洗手消毒。

Preoperative handwashing was done with disinfecfants,TypeA Swashes,sold iodophors and alcohol.The disinfective effects of the three disinfectants were compared,The experiment was done by 3 groups of operators.The Swashes group rubbed their hands with the disinfecfant after having washed with water while the iodophor and alcohol groups adopted the traditional disinfection method of brushing hands with soap followed by immersing hands in` iodophor and alcohol separately.The resuits showed that the disinfective effet of rubbing hands with Swashes disinfectant once is better than mechanically brushing hands with soap thrice .The effect of handwashing disinfection in the Swashes group was higher than that of immersing in iodophor or alcohol in the other 2 groups. Disinfection by rubbing with Swashes disinfecfant is characterized by saving manipulation time(5 minutes)and money(0.22 yuan/person,time),convenient(using directly,without trouble of volatilzation and losing efficacy after repeated use) and applieable to preoperative handwashing disinfection.
