摘要
研制了一种用于治疗眼烧伤的角膜覆盖材料——含药辐照异种角膜（ＩＤＸＣ）。该角膜材料经药液浸泡及６０Ｃｏ 辐照处理，达到完全无菌和较强的抗菌活性要求，具有防止感染、促进角膜上皮愈合和减少并发症的作用。
A kind of corneal covering material-irradiated drug containing xeno cornea(IDXC)for the treatment of burn in eyes has been developed.This corneal material was treated by immersion in liquid drugs and 60 Co irradiation to be completely aseptic and with relatively high anti bacterial activity.It has functions of preventing infections,promoting healing of corneal epithlium and reducing complications.
