摘要
为探讨慢性肾功能衰竭的药物治疗，对３０ 例慢性肾功能衰竭患者在常规治疗的基础上加用胰岛素葡萄糖静滴疗法。结果显示，治疗组治疗后血肌酐、血尿素氮明显下降（Ｐ＜ ００１、Ｐ＜ ００１），总有效率为７３３３％ ，高于对照组（Ｐ＜ ００５）；两组患者治疗达有效的平均天数相比，治疗组短于对照组（Ｐ＜ ００５）。结果表明，该疗法不失为慢性肾功能衰竭的一项有效治疗措施。
To study drug therapy of chronic renal failure,30 patients with chronic renal failure were treated by intravenous instillation of insulin and glucose on the basis of routine treatment.The results showed that blood creatinine and blood urea nitrogen dropped markedly in the treated group ( P <0.01).The total effective rate reached 73.33% in treated group and was beyond the control group ( P <0.05).The average time reguired for producing effect was shorter in the treated group than that in control( P <0.05).The results suggest that this therapy is an effective way for the treatment of chronic renal failure and is worth studying fur ther.
