摘要
以某铁矿无底柱崩落法的实际采场尺寸、力学参数、支护形式作为计算模型的条件 ,采用三维有限元方法 ,模拟了矿石回采前及回采进行时等各种情况 ,系统地分析了进路顶板、矿柱侧墙、以及联络道的应力分布。给出了采场结构的受力特征 ,提出了相应的支护措施 。
In an iron mine where the non-sill-pillared sublevel caving system is adopted, simulations are conducted, using the three dimensional finite elementary method, with regard to pre-stoping and stoping conditions. In performing these simulations, actual stope geometry, mechanical parameters and support patterns are used as conditions for the mathematical model. Through simulation, stress distribution in drift roof, pillar sidewalls and linkage drift are systematically analyzed. Based on the stress characteristics of the stope structure, corresponding support measures are proposed, with great success in field support tests.
