摘要
本文在分析了新管理体制对我国矿业产业组织的影响、组建我国大型矿业集团公司和跨国矿业公司必要性的基础上 ,进一步探讨了运用行政手段迅速组建大集团、企业通过市场经济手段自愿组建大集团、产业组织政策引导下的企业自愿组建与授权经营相结合等三种模式的特点 。
On the basis of analysing the influence exercised by Chinas new management system on mining industry,the feasibility and necessity of establishing large\|scale mining enterprises groups and transnational mining incorporations and the mode for establishment are studied.In this way,the strategy to meet the trend of integration of global mineral resources can be implemented.
