摘要
本文详细分析了金尾矿的组分构成并与常用陶瓷原料作了对比分析 ,认为这种尾矿经除杂后可以作为陶瓷墙地砖生产中的优质长石代用原料。尾矿经螺旋溜槽分级 (重选 )、弱磁选、强磁选、浮选等工艺 ,有效降低了尾矿中的铁、硫含量 ,制成合格的长石粉原料 ,并用该原料作为陶瓷墙地砖坯料在生产线上进行了一次低温快烧试验 。
The comparison of traditional raw material with gold ore tailings shows that the latter after purification treatment can be used as raw material instead of good quality falspar for manufacturing of qualified wall and floor tiles.Purification treatment of gold ore tailings is composed of spiral classification(gravity separation),low intensity magnetic separetion,high intensity magnetic separation,floation.After iron and sulphur contents in the tailings are sufficiently reduced,the test of low temperature and quick roasting using tailings as raw material to produce tiles has been successfully conducted on tile production line.
