摘要
针对高浓度浆体流变参数测定难的问题 ,提出了一种新的流变参数测定方法 .用十字形叶头代替传统旋转粘度计的圆柱形测量元件 ,解决了测定过程中圆柱形测量元件易“打滑”和浆体容易“离析”等问题 ;理论上证明了可以通过测电动机工作电流和转速实现浆体流变参数的确定 ,从而为浆体流变参数的在线测量提供了可靠的理论依据 ;最后对仪器的标定方法进行了讨论 .
Aiming at the difficulty in measuring the rheologic parameters of high-density slurry, a new method was suggested. The cylindrical measuring component of the traditional viscometer was replaced by a crisscross one. The new method solves the problems such as the eduction or skidding of the cylindrical measuring component. With this method, the rheologic parameters of the slurry can be measured by measuring the working current and rotation speed of its electric motor. The demarcating method of this viscometer was also discussed. The research provides a credible basis for the on-line measurement of rheologic parameters of high-density slurry.
