摘要
目前的防水隔离煤柱宽度的计算方法L =0 5kM 3p/Kp是以《材料力学》中梁的理论为基础 ,考虑煤体的拉伸破坏而得出的 .由于把煤柱简化成梁同煤柱的实际情况不相吻合 ,加之计算时没有考虑环境因素等对煤柱宽度的影响 ,因此理论计算值同实际情况往往存在着较大的差异 .进一步分析表明 :除煤层本身的物理力学性质、水压大小等显著因素影响井下隔水煤柱承压破坏的临界尺寸外 ,影响矿山压力的煤层埋藏深度 ,顶、底板岩层结构等也是决定水压作用下隔水煤柱稳定与否的主要因素 .
The calculation formula L=0 5 kM3p/K p of water barrier width used in nowadays was derived from considing coal mass tensile damage, the tensile damage theoritical fundation is the beam theory of 《Mechanics of Materials》. Because simplifing the water barrier to beam is not reasonable, and the calculation formula did not take the other important factors, such as the surroundings and so on,into account, in many case the theoritical result calculated by nowadays formula and actual results have great difference. Further analysis indicated that besides the coal seam physical and mechanical characteristics and water pressure, the critical size of water barrier in underground coal mine is also affected by underground pressure depending on coal seam depth ,roof and floor rock seam characteristics and structure and other factors. The water barrier collapse caused by critical water pressure is the macrography behavior of water pressure and underground pressure union action.
