摘要
对实际 (皖南 )高硫煤进行了深入地研究 .采用多种新型微生物 (细菌 )如 :球红假单胞菌、大肠杆菌等同浮选结合 ,进行微生物 -浮选的脱硫研究 .通过以不同菌种和不同浮选物料为研究对象 ,模仿实际浮选的不同条件 ,进行了大量的探索实验 ;探讨了利用微生物表面调整改性、抑制浮选过程中黄铁矿浮出的技术和工业应用的可能途径 ;结果表明 ,该方法是一种有工业潜力的方法 。
The paper discusses in detail the industrial applied possibility of using microorganisms surface conditioning prior to froth floatation for depressing pyrite during the floatation separation of South Anhui coal in which pyrite is fine distributed. By studying different new kinds of microorganisms e g. R s and E.Coli and different floatation materials and imitating different industrial flotation conditions to carry out comparable experiments, we bring forward the experiment results in detail and own opinions about the industrial applied prospect of several microorganisms. As an imitation about the industrial floatation processes of microorganism-floatation for real Chinese coal desulfurization, the experiment is original and the result has an important directional significance for coal biodesulfruization.
