After publishing of the law of te n der and bid,it is prevalently to use the tendering and contract in the electrica l engineering project construction.In order to make it equal and fare for the el ectric project construction companies to compete in the bidding,this paper has p roposed some more feasible scientific ways of making the bidding base line and e valuation standards.They are of umportant practical value in the tender and bidd ing management.
