摘要
对超速试验时紧调危急保安器飞锤动作转速不变化的原因进行了分析 ,认为该动作转速非飞锤动作转速而是调速器故障造成附加油口提前打开所致 ,通过更换调速器解决了问题 ,保证了机组的安全运行。
After analyzing the cause of tripping speed retaining unchangeable when adjusting fly ball during over-speed test, it is believed that this tripping speed is not fly ball actuated, it is another cause of the fault of speed governor, which makes opening of additional oil port in advance. Replacing the governor, which improves safety operation of the unit, solves this problem.
