喷涂保温技术在邯峰工程中的应用

摘要 邯峰发电厂 2× 6 6 0MW汽轮发电机组的汽机本体采用湿式喷涂的施工方法进行保温 ,增加了保温的整体性、均匀性、严密性和装饰性 ,其保温结构还使机组的检修更加方便。通过对已投入运行的 #1汽轮机本体进行温度测试 ,证明喷涂保温效果良好 ,各项指标均能满足运行要求。 The thermal isolation of steam turbine proper in the 2×660 MW Hanfeng Power Plant were done by using wetted spray coating technology, which enhances thermal isolation integrity, uniformity, tightness and nice-looking of the isolation, and the structure provides more convenience for maintenance. Through the measurement of surface temperature of steam turbine proper of Unit 1 in service, it confirms a good thermal isolation result; with all parameters meet operation requirements satisfactorily.
