摘要
对冲击式转轮的主要失效方式———空蚀和疲劳破坏进行研究 ,总结了冲击式转轮空蚀和疲劳破坏的特点原理 ,分析了设计、材料、工艺、检查和运行工况等因素与空蚀和疲劳破坏的关系 ,并提出了改进和预防措施。
In this paper, cavitation and fatigue crack, the main damage ways of pelton runners are studied. The characteristics and theory of cavitation and fatigue cracks of pelton runners are summarized.The analyses is made on the relationship between factors of design materials, technology, check and operation with fatigue damage. The improving and protecting methods are given.
