摘要
具有分散性的局部放电特征需用大量数据 ,为此研制了数字式局部放电测量装置 ,可在短时间内检测足够的放电数据 :放电量 q、重复率n及放电时的工频电压相位 φ。装置使用存储仓库阵列存储方式可在较小的存储空间内存放大量放电信息 ,采样频率为 5 1 2kHz时 ,可连续测量6 5 5 36个工频周期内的放电数据。另采用锁相环技术实现时钟脉冲与试验电压频率同步 ,以保证长时间测量时 φ值的准确性。
It is well known that decentralization is an important character of partial discharge (PD), So the analysis of PD must be based on large quantity data. The paper illustrates a digital recording instrument of measuring PD which can acquire sufficient data of PD in short time, such as quantity of discharge q , repetition rate n and the phase φ etc. We also research the Memory Storage Array (MSA) and use MAS to save large quantity data in very small memory. When the sampling rate is 51.2 kHz, 65536 PD data of 50 Hz AC can be saved without interval by this instrument. The technology of Phase Locked Loop is used to realize synchronization of clock pulse and the test voltage's frequency in order to ensure the measurement of veracity of φ .
