The Resolving of the Lightning Location Based on Time-of-arrival Method under the Special Circumstances

为解决n≤ 3时用时间到达法定位的问题 ,经推算给出了基于 2≤n≤ 3和雷电定位系统GIS数据库的解算方法 ,实践证明推出的算法简单实用 ,效果好。

Because the calculation of locating is impossible by the traditional method of time of arrival, a new resolving method based on the case 2≤ n ≤3 and on the data base of GIS of the lightning location system is presented in this paper. The convincing numeral results prove that the proposed method is simple, utilitarian and effective.
