隔离开关触头温升在线检测关键技术问题初探

采用温度传感器直接测量触头温度 ,使用红外线发射原理传输温度信号 ,实现了隔离开关触头温度的在线检测。采用调制发射和同步振荡原理保证了发射距离和传输精度 ,用三相异频发射解决了三相接受互干扰问题。

The temperature sensor is used to measure temperature of contacts directly. Infrared emission is used to transmit temperature signal. Signal modulation and synchronic oscillation theory are used to emit long distance and made measurement stable. Three different frequencies are used to solve interference among three lines.
